Has anyone been able to get in touch with the sales/renewal team? I've been trying for a couple of months or so with no response. I left phone messages and sent emails. This is insane. Meanwhile I am unable to download new patches as my subscription has expired. What a joke! I guess it's time to move on from KACE.

    Also, the typical response time for a (non-expedited) request is 2-3 business days. In case there is post-Dell divestiture confusion as to the best way to contact the Renewals Team directly, here is their email address: customersupportrenewals@quest.com .

Don't throw the baby out with the bath water!!! Renewals at KACE could most definitely be better, however I believe they are struggling to come to terms with the mess handed over from Dell. Contact your KACE account rep or your local friendly partner they should be able to get you going
