We are trying to find out why the scheduled reports are not getting sent out from our KACE appliance we also would like to know if Emails can be sent to more than just the user/Admin list in the KACE appliance

You can do this all from Reporting -> Scheduled Reports. One of the fields is who gets the reports. You can enter the email address coma separated. As far as email not being sent, you should look at Settings -> Support -> Troubleshooting tools. On of the tools is email sending. If your box is not able to get out, you may want to contact support.
