Wondering if there is a way to hide or minimize the DOS box that appears on my users workstations when a batch script or a command is delivered from KACE?

Other users report good success with a bat to exe converter.  I believe this is the one used: http://www.f2ko.de/programs.php?lang=en&pid=b2e

Here is a tool that will do this for you

http://siginetsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?18-Release-cmdhide.exe-(cmdow-replacement)

also Kace has a built in cmdhide.exe it uses for some stuff, it might even be this one.

Short answer is no.

You can make it imperceptible by using a cmd instead of a bat and making sure the first line reads

@echo off

this eliminates the delay in passing control for command to the batch and makes the flash almost imperceptible.
