If you don't get a response on the forums soon, I'd suggest submitting a ticket to support. I can't answer this question, because only DellKACE would know why their support numbers are invalid.

Hi,
I am a Tech Support Manager at Dell. The support numbers are valid, we had a couple of technical challenges which we have since overcome.
