KACE agent Logs

Does anyone know a way to inject the KACE agent logs into the Windows Event Viewer somewhat easily?

We use a central logging repository  that only picks up Event Viewer logs at this time

  • What is the central logging tool that you use? I would be interested in knowing more about centralizing kAgent logs. - anonymous_95342 9 years ago

Offhand, I'd say it's not possible to add the agent logs to Event Viewer.  That said, follow up with SecureVue and see if they know a way or have a way to read logs external to Event Viewer.

Based off the article, there is apparently a built-in SDK to access third party tools:  http://www.clm.com.pe/productos/eiq/pdf/eIQ-SecureVue-Datasheet-Jan2011.pdf

  • Well SecureVue does have a way to access separate logs. It's that they want additional $$ per machine to do that. :( - revsmitty 9 years ago
