Kace 1000: Scripting question
I have very little scripting experience but looking to create notifications when a ticket is assigned to a department group. I'm changing our support model process from assigning tickets to "individuals" to "groups". Once assigned to the group, I only want individual assigned to that group to receive email notifications for new tickets or changed groups. I currently only utilize one Kace queue and looking to keep it one queue if possible. Can anyone share if they have scripted this out before? Much appreciated!
