Is anyone getting an error when trying to search their archives? It use to work and now I can't seem to search anything, this occurs in all browsers I've used. I am running windows 10 enterprise and we use the kace 1000 7.1.1.49.

Ger, 7.1 we found a fair few number of issues in Servicedesk in the 7.1 release,  I would recommend the update to 7.2, which you can find on the support site, and then test and if you get the same issue then raise a support ticket to find a resolution

  • Okay, we'll go ahead and move to the newest release and see if that resolves the issues.
    • We just updated the kace 1000 and still getting the same thing.
      • Log the issue with support as this is clearly not normal or expected behaviour
