K2000 - Scan new user state - Windows XP. We have a message during user State retrieval - "The system does not have any valid user profiles".
There are no errors until this point. This happens when the system is to retrieve the profiles on the system. Seems it should show at least local administrator. Has anyone seen this?

Could be sharing or the firewall preventing the scan from seeing the profiles. Also check the USMT version.
