K1000 throwing error messages about logs and the only way to make the system respond is a hard reboot

T6uv1b.jpegOur K1000 unit has started throwing errors about no space being left on the device. The hard drives have more that enough space once the system is hard shutdown and started again. The system is completely unresponsive when the error happens other than manually connecting to the box in the serverroom. The errors that I think I'm getting are"uid 842 inumber 401306 on /var: file system full" as well as "failed to create spool file /var/spool/exim/input//1co9jq-000btk-7g-d: No space left on device". I have included a picture of the read out I'm seeing.

I haven't found any support for how to clear what ever these log files are automatically other than a hard reboot.

contact the support.
You encounter a full file system, which can be analyzed and repaired by support.
Please try not to reboot your appliance in such states since you may break more with the hard reboot.
