k1000 service center : login failed user name or password
Dear all Ninja's !!
i encounter a problem to log on my standard user console libray (all users in fact)
my login, password and organization are correct but not possibilty to connect
in log file -> i have this : "GET /userui/welcome.php?ERROR_NBR=0 HTTP/1.1" 200 5450 746 5939 0
i have already imported my user with ldap -> my user is created -> on tab settings -> users with good role
my version of kace server is 6.2
very strange case on my side because on old server version before update i have not changed anything and i can login on user console library (and with my login admin i can connect)
any ideas on your side?

If you can login with the K1000's admin account, then there is likely an issue with your LDAP authentication setup. I'd say to try clicking into it and re-saving it. If that doesn't work, take a screenshot, delete the authentication server and recreate it.
