K1000 Modify the Satisfaction Survey

Dear IT Ninjas

The Satisfaction Survey is OK. But I'd like to add further Questions to it. I haven't found any way how to do this.

Can anyone assist me?

Regards

az

Support might be able to do it...for a price.   I don't think there is a way that you can add questions to the survey.

We wanted a survey with more questions and decided to create our own system. I actually have a webpage with a form setup that just emails the answers to a custom queue that only contains survey responses. The queue has custom fields setup to store the answers to the questions.

Changing the survey questions in the satisfaction survey would be professional services task, the survey involves more than just the database so it is not something that can be changed via a custom ticket rule.

As far as a home-grown solution goes, chucksteel's idea is a good one, you can also use CT rules to generate an email that links to an outside survey (survey monkey or something similar), you’ve got a K1000 – possibilities are endless.
