K1000 MIA Settings

In Inventory under the Choose Action menu i have set the MIA settings to automatically delete MIA computers after 60 days. It seemed to be working for a while, but now I have computers that are MIA over 60 days. Any ideas why it stopped deleting them?

Try disabling it and saving, then enabling and saving to a different time frame.  Once that is done, set it to your original MIA interval. You might consider rebooting the K1000 before the last interval change.

If that doesn't work, open a support ticket and document what you have tried already: http://www.kace.com/support/contact
