k1000 Managed install not working

Hello , I have tried to setup a managed install but it is not working, i have associated a zip file with the software, picked the right version of the operating system. but when I check the machine, the status is " To be installed", I set up an alert and it says installed successfully but the software never installs...Could anyone help me

How about some screen shots of what you are trying to deploy.  We can make better recommendations when we see what you are trying to do.

  • Are you running it as a configure manually and not as run parameters? You have to use a full command line when using zip files. - nshah 10 years ago
    • Also, what is the software you are trying to install? On what operating system? - jknox 10 years ago
