KACE Product Support

Hi Team,

My manager asked to put this through to you to see if anyone has noticed this also or can provide some explanation. When we go into our KACE 1000 Inventory -> IP Scan section and select our 70 Network it is showing all of our servers, which is as expected however when we select "Run Now" the results window shows some interesting results.

Under the "Inventory Detail" column these servers are showing labels saying they are random desktop machines on the 104 network etc very odd. Not only that but the labels don't apply to those servers.

What is more weird is the fact if you click on one of said servers it does not mention those label on its inventory screen at all.

Any ideas?
