New to Kace...  We have some tickets where WAV files are attached containing caller voicemails in the Service Desk.   When trying to play back that WAV file using WMP by clicking on the attachment and choosing OPEN, we receive an error about the file in use.  If we try to play it through a program outside the browser using Media Center, it will play fine.

Anyone have any experience getting the attached WAVs to open and play through the browser?

We have the same problem. However we have found that the voicemails do play in Chrome.
