K1000: Business Hours
Any ideas when KACE or GillySpy are going to finish the series on SLA timers (http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/creating-true-sla-timers-in-the-kbox-helpdesk-part-iii-the-rules)? I have another rule that would benefit from being able to set business hours.
If not, does anyone have a way for setting business hours in KACE? So that ticket rules, etc. can be set to run only during business hours or other parts of rules can be based on business hours.
