Hello.

With regards to the k1000 Service Desk auto generated Ticket Number in the format of Tick:XXXX.

What happens when the incremented Number gets to 9999. Does the field automatically increase to have 5 digits instead of the 4 ?

Yes, our ticket ref numbers are over 20000 and climbing
