Hi, I am seeing a lot of this error in the AMP Server log and I noticed most of the agent aren't reporting in and many are over 19hours old (but showing green icon) when check-in is set to 8 hours.  Running physical appliance and v5.4.70402

Are they all on a same network segment? sounds like a timing problem.  You may want to do a large packet ping to the kbox from one of these unit to see what the response time is and if you have any packet loss

Are the agents updated to 5.4 also?
