K1000 5.3 PDF & XLS support
Was this removed on purpose with 5.3? I haven't seen anything addressing it yet. I understand if the team is trying to move to more open formats but PDF and XLS were both useful for us. Anyone know anything about the removal of these formats?

Yes, 5.3 has a new reporting engine that does not support pdf and xls yet. The older reporting engine is still exposed under "classic reports" if you upgraded from a version that had that capability. If you have moved to a new server that never had the old engine then it does not exist on that box even if you moved your previous database to the new server.
