K1000 5.3 - HTML Entities showing up in Emails
Emails sent from our K1000 include HTML entities like > and < in the history section of the email body. I understand there is a patch for this. Where can I get it?

In an older link it came down to RTF being on in the exchange connector, do not know if you are using exchagne or not.
This problem turned out to be resolved by turning off RTF on the Exchange connector (Organization>Hub Transport> Remote Domain. - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago
