J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Problems

I am working on the jdk-1_5_0_05-windows-i586-p.exe its already an msi when i run the msi it works fine but when i try to run through the command line it doesn't put down the JRE folder under c:\programs, any clue guys why not? is there any command line switches that i don't know about?

Seems there is some custom action in the UI sequence where as missing in the Execute sequence that sets the installation directory.
Check the InstallUISequence table agains InstallExecuteSequence and see what may differ. Doing a verbose log with full UI should give you some more details on the custom action.
