iss file configuration

does any one knows, how can i get off that, when installing from custom action comand line like:
cmd /r ""[ProgramFilesFolder]iPass Files\iPassConnect VPN\Setup.exe" /s /f1"[ProgramFilesFolder]iPass Files\iPassConnect VPN\InstENG.iss""
is it posible that black screen does not pop ups, but installing silently?

I think you can use the /Min option to make the command prompt to be minimized.
Or else use VbScript to run the ISS.

I don't know what the '/R' parameter you have for CMD is...

As for '/MIN', that's a parameter for START, not CMD. @OP, you could use START instead but your users will still see a minimised command prompt on the Taskbar. As stated, you could use one of the Shell methods ('Run' or 'Execute') in a VBS to hide its execution.

you can try using the option with vbs by putting your script in a batch file
