We use a code system in the "System Description" line of each computer. CS for Customer Service, ACCT for accounting, etc. then create Smart labels that look for those codes in the System Description line. Our codes also include Company assignment, Location, and anything else you want to create a code for. Just be careful desgining your codes so there is no overlap in the code name conventions.

You could organize your branches based on ip address or machine. It my case I organize departments with a four letter code to the start of the machine name. I just then have a smart label that looks for the name that starts with departmental code.

If  you can't do it by IP or machine name, you can also use LDAP Labels and point the kbox to an OU, CN or Group that the machines in a department belong to.
