Is there a way to exclude a label from showing up in the submitter field in a new ticket?

The problem is that our exchange server has "healthmailbox" accounts for health checks on itself.  These get imported into Kace as users.  When the help desk admin are submitting tickets for other users, they need to deal with these popping up in the submitter field.  Is there a way to stop them from showing up in the submitter field?

Thanks,
Danielle

  • Are they needed in KACE at all? If not, you should be able to filter them out of the LDAP import. - grayematter 7 years ago
  • I would love to filter them out from the LDAP import, but can't seem to figure it out. This is what I use for my import. It was set up with my "Jump Start" training.

    (&(samaccountname=KBOX_USER)(&(objectCategory=user)(primarygroupid=513)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2)))) - County of Culpeper 7 years ago
    • try:

      (&(samaccountname=KBOX_USER)(&(objectCategory=user)(primarygroupid=513)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))(!(samaccountname=HealthMailbox*)))) - grayematter 7 years ago
