Is it safe to close acrotray.exe from Acrobat Writer to uninstall Acrobat Reader
It seems that it is necessary to close acrotray.exe from Acrobat Writer to uninstall acrobat reader. When I do this, will this impact the user experience. will people be trown out of Acrobat Writer ?

Presumably you are packaging on a VM/Virtual PC? (If not, why on earth not?!?) Just try it! You could have experimented with it yourself by now! :)
Having said that, clients will vary in their requirements here. Some will want you to just get on and install. Others will want users to be presented with a message asking them to close down the relevant application(s). If you're smart, you could build both scenarios into your package and have it controlled by a property value.
