Is cleanup after sequencing required?

I'm using App V 4.5 on XPSP2. After I sequence an application, I remove the same files and registry entries that I would for a Wise setup capture. Should I do this? Or because the app launchs in a bubble, maybe it doesn't matter because nothing in the bubble will interact with the OS on the PC? I've managed to confuse myself and any help would be appreciated.

Not as necessary as it would be for traditional packaging. I am a little more picky than most sequencers so I will remove registry keys and files I know that are very specific to the OS (in case they change in the base later) but the general guidance is to remove cached installer files from sequences unless you absolutely need them.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
