Is anyone else having a problem with IOS 7.1

After updating the IOS users are being prompted to reinstall the K3000 app which doesn't finish.

The solution I have been given is to do an Enterprise wipe from the K3000 and then re-enroll the device.  This is a sucky solution but does work.
