IQS Web 2.0 & Crystal Reports

Does anyone have experience packaging IQS Web 2.0 (www.iqs.com)? The installation instructions for the end-user show the steps needed to configure IE for use with IQS Web 2.0; they do things such as install the Windows Script Host Runtime Library, add trusted sites, enable pop-ups for the IQS app URL, update settings for the linking or embedding documents (all Active-X stuff), and install Adobe Flash 9.0. I have created a VBS script that does all of that just fine. The problem is with the final step, Crystal Reports Print Control. I have tried using Install Watch Pro 2.5 to capture the changes when I manually step through the process of printing a document from IQS so that Crystal is installed. On a Win2000 PC, after the Crystal print control is installed, it requires a reboot; on XP it doesn't. Install Watch Pro shows over 250 registry adds and a few modifications. Is that all there is to implementing the Crystal print control? If I slam in the reg. adds, is that all I need? Somehow that doesn't seem right.
