invisible shortcuts
I have packaged this application it works fine. But when I log on as another
user the shortcuts re-appear again. I have deleted all shortcuts. The name
of this app is pdfFactory. Can anybody help

You might have created the shortcuts in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users
Try creating them in Windows\Profiles instead.

Look into automatic repair..
A feature of the msi is self repair, maybe the msi automaticly is repairing your shortcuts.
If you don't want the shortcut, just delete them from the msi.
