Dear all,


I have a problem in accessing K1000 through URL, I assigned this URL to the KACE: http://MySupport , the problem that I faced "Internal Server Error" but when I refresh it disappear and open the KACE normally !!


Any suggestions ?

  • Check the server side logs.
  • Everything seems fine in the DNS and Dell servers. But the error still happens.
  • if you are running SSL try https://mysupport
  • No, actually I'm not running SSL.
    Please any suggestions ?

I'd suggest rebooting your K1000 during a maintenance window and see if the problem still occurs.  If it does, submit a trouble ticket to KACE support.
