Installsheild package silent uninstall
I have an installsheild package which i would like to uninstall silently
From looking at the registry i can find the uninstall string for th s/w to be:
C:\WINDOWS\IsUninst.exe -f"C:\Program Files\Intel\Shiva VPN Client\Uninst.isu" -c"C:\Program Files\Intel\Shiva VPN Client\snetcfg.dll"
Now I had a look for silent uninstalls I need to change the Isuninst.exe parameter to "-a", but when I try that it prompts with an error....
"Installsheild uninstaller has encountered a problem......"
Can anyone give me an idea of how to do a silent uninstall properly
Played around with MSI a fair bit but not installsheild...

Hi Zeno:
First u need to create an answer file ie .iss file for unstall. Once u get this .iss u can uninstall ur product silently.
