InstallAware - Printer Driver
I have a application that was packaged with InstallAware. After running the setup it put an msi file with some other file (Exe file , res file , lib file) in temp directory , looking at the msi file (Orca) the msi just run the exe which was extracted in the temp directory.The msi log file doesnot give much information as the msi runs the exe file.i have somehow found the way to install the software in qb but the problem is after installing the application and then launching the shortcut (Setup utility) the application triggers a preinstall driver package wizard , which i need to cuztomized as per the cumtomer reqirement.
The Drivers are installed from a path in INSTALLDIR with preinst.exe and prnUtils.exe.This exe are trigger when a shortcut is launch .Can someone kindly show me how to do this? Thanks

I would just capture the driver installation to a new MSI.
Driver packaging is documented extensively here on AppDeploy. Start with the 'stickies' at the top of this forum.
