Install two msi files upon reboot

What is the best way to install two separate msi files one after another, after boot up? The msi files are for Cisco AnyConnect client, and when you install a newer version, it uninstalls the old one. This is a problem because when the old version is uninstalled, it can't connect to the network to download the second msi. Is there a way to download both of the msi's as dependencies and then have a script run them together?

I would zip the files together and upload the zip file as a dependency. Then the remediation task would be to unzip the file, followed by running an application task for each msi.
