Include Link state in Advanced Search?

Is it possible to specify an advanced search that reveals only machines that are currently linked to the K1000?

If you have no other luck anywhere else that info is in KBSYS.SMMP_CONNECTION. Here's a sample report.

SELECT M.NAME AS SYSTEM_NAME, IP, MAC 

FROM MACHINE M 

LEFT JOIN KBSYS.SMMP_CONNECTION SC ON M.KUID = SC.KUID 

WHERE (SC.CLIENT_CONNECTED = '1')  

ORDER BY SYSTEM_NAME

You can do this in a report

  • looked at creating custom software inventory but the lag on inventory update is to long to get good data.
