Currently, when a user logs into our KACE 1100 system and is defaulted to the "Work Requests" page, their view of their work requests is defaulted to "Active Work Requests" of the MAIN queue, not ALL queues. Since we have three queues/forms for the users, the only way for them to see all work requests for ALL queues is to change the "View By".

Is there a way to default the "Work Requests" list view to "ALL QUEUES-->ALL WORK REQUESTS"

  • Typically only if you log into the admin side are you allowed to select all queue as your default queue when entering. On the User Portal side, only that users tickets will show up as that is how it is designed (unless they are ticket owners or admins, then they get the admin view).
