In-Place Ugrdae of XP using SCCM 2007

I want perform IN-PLACE upgrade of Windows XP to Windows Vista using SCCM 2007. what type of task sequence i need to create to achieve previously mentioned goals.

To be honest, your best bet is to install clean builds to avoid any legacy problems. USMT will capture all of the user settings, and SCCM will redeploy your apps.

The options in SCCM don't extend to in-place upgrades, you have to "wipe-and-load".
