The big red text that shows up as an error at the top of a ticket when someone does not make an entry in a required field - can we do that for our own required fields?

Ticket Queue> Service Desk Configuration> Custom Fields and Layout>

- Ticket Layout> set it as 'Always Required' / 'Required on Close' & Permissions - Read, Hidden, Create, Modify

- Custom Fields> specify 'Field Type' - as Single Select, Multiple Select or Text


If you go for 'Select Values' with a couple of values it should be followed by comma-separated strings & 'Default' - Specify a text value.
