In KACE 1100, we need to add Mac OSX 10.8 updates to the subscription settings. Currently it includes 10.5,10.6 10.7. How can we do this?

I believe that 10.8 is only available in 5.4 sp1. Are you running the most current version? - Jbr32 10 years ago

Jbr32 is correct, your KBox will not be able to pull updates/patches for OS X 10.8 until you upgrade to the latest version of the K1000. After that you will want to go through like you would any other patches and use smart labels to define what patches you would like to download and subsequently push.
To upgrade your K1000 you will need to go to kace.com/support and navigate to and download the update file, you will need your support credentials to do this (assuming your KBox is not telling you there is an update available, in which case you can just click the 'Upgrade Now' button in the web UI under Settings and Server Maintenance). Make sure to read the release notes!
You will need the 5.4.76847 (5.4SP1) to do this.
