Importing tickets into Service Desk on K1000 5.5
Before upgrading to Kace 5.5, I was able to find some documentation on importing tickets from our two older Service Desk apps into Kace as a "Ticket Asset". I now have 48k new "Tickets". We are now on Kace 5.5. How do I now go about changing those from the standard asset to actual records in our Service Desk in order to be searched for and referenced?
