We are in the process of moving from another help desk system over to KACE and I need to transfer over tickets from the existing system.  I found some references to importing tickets from a csv through google and in ITNinja - but the artcles referenced aren't there.

Can anyone help?

You are not able to import tickets into Kace from another system, there was a kb article that used asset to transition tickets, but it was not very successful.

    • KACE Professional Services can help you import tickets. It is a fee based service.
