Why dont you do a google search? There are many posts in AppDeploy itself. Try that first

First thing First - This is not a forum to discuss about interviews, you can use the 'Off-Topic' forum.
Also, have you had any training, work exp in this field ? OR are you also one of those guys who think that mugging up few standard answers can get you a job in packaging?
I hope that’s not the case here. But..........I know for sure – THE trend is IN.

Funnily enough if you actually google "how to blag an application packaging interview" the third hit tells you how.

Strange how it seems to be an Indian site. I'm sure these very clever IT directors know what there doing outsourcing though!!

Nothing strange. Majority are actually good at interviews, if not at packaging.
Otherwise why would the Directors get muffed up?
