License server and portnumber can vary i presume?
You can create a scxript that runs your actions and fill the specific values for license server and portnumber from a PUBLICPROPERTY you define. The property can then be set in your MST or even on the commandline.
For the files to copy from the server you need know what files they are exactly and if they are static just drop them in your project. If they are dynamic (they change over time) copy them from the server in your script.
