ICE 61 Error

Could anyone please tell me how to solve ICE 61 error?
The error is as follows:
ICE61 ERROR Upgrade.ActionProperty ASUWISINSTALLED cannot be authored in the Property table.
This property is already added in SecureCustomProperties and AdminProperties.

Hi,
This is an Action Property from the Upgrade table and will only be defined if the FindRelatedProducts action discovers an earlier upgradable version of your package.
You don't need to predefine this Property with an entry in the Property table, so if you find one there, just remove the row (via a transform if this is a vendor MSI).
