Although already packaged, the current client is not supported for Windows 7 x64. A transform needs to be made specifically for this purpose

I don't think you are wording your question in a way that we can understand. Based on a quick google search, I am not sure why you need a transform for a rack mounted server?

Presumably you mean iSeries Client Access? (AS-400 was renamed iSeries in 2000)

Surely it will still install and run in 32-bit mode?
