Using the software library and info for sharing the agent proved futile

It means that machine you are on doesn't have an agent. You must have an agent on the machine if you are going to use the Install or Script option form the User software library.

If you use Download, then it doesn't matter as it won't require an agent to be there for a simple download. - nshah 9 years ago
