I have email stuck in a couple of queues based on a report every day "gen-k1000 dail run output".  How do i clear these out?  Other queues are fine, no settings have been changed in kace or our exchange server.  I'm not looking for the reason their stuck right now, i just want to clear them and then i can troubleshoot the issues as they reoccur.

  • Had a similar issue -- queue depth of 1200 when I was having some email issues. Support can clear it, but there wasn't a way one of us could that I could find. One of those times having root access would be nice.
  • Yea, we don't have support any more as we are retireing our K1 and K2.
