Which statii are you refering to? We need more information about what program or device you are using, and where in that program or device this status is located.

 

Edit:

After some thought it occurred to me that you might be referring to the ticket system of the K1000. If this is the case the answer is to go to: Help Desk (The tab with the green and blue people)>Configuration>Queues>Your Queue Name>Click on the link "Customize Fields and Layout"
Then click on the green + sign in the picture below.
