I cannot get a resend-repair scenario for the autocad lt 2011 application to work
Autocad does not seem to provide this functionality in the setup.exe.
When I try to run the autocad lt msi and the autocad lt language pack separatly, install works fine but attempted repair of the autocad lt msi gives the following error (I can provide the entire log file if needed):
Internal Exception during install operation: 0xc0000005 at 0x02017D74.
"WER report disabled for silent install

...nor that, in almost all cases, posting the entire log is pointless. In this case, the dozen or so lines above and below the point where the error occured is all we'll need.

....... and don't forget do a search in your log. enter "return value 3" this will show you why the bacon is not cooked

I doubt that there will be any 'Return value 3.' entries, due to the exception error.

What is it with people expecting us to be psychic?
- Does the error occur on all workstations?
- What entries do you get in the event log?
- What does the verbose log - which of course you specified when running the repair - contain?
