I am new to the Service desk part of kbox and I am needing to set up a script that will auto assign an owner. I have tried using the wizard and I think that the "default owner" under catergory values might be over riding it some how.based on a specfic location.
Basicly we assign tickets per location 98 percent of the time and I need to be able to have the tickets auto asigned to the techs based on location. I have set up a location custom field. The couple of rules that I have tried will not change anything or if it does I can not search for it by owner.
