I can go to add/remove and remove the update on w7 pc, rebppt and it will be back to prior version, but I need a way to do this silently via script. Any have an idea on how?

Try this command. You could run it from a vbscript.


wusa /uninstall /kb:2718695 /quiet /norestart

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*10.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart /quiet"
